Izumi Hoshi (星 泉, Hoshi Izumi; born 1967) is a Japanese scholar of Tibetan linguistics at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. Born in Chiba, she is the daughter of the equally noted Tibetan linguist Michiyo Hoshi.
