Hiroki Nishimura (西村 大輝, Nishimura Hiroki; born 20 October 1994, in Tokyo) is a Japanese former cyclist, who now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Continental team Astemo Utsunomiya Blitzen. In May 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Giro d'Italia. On the first stage, he finished outside the time limit and had to leave the race.

He is the president of Be Company. His full name is Hiromi Kozono (小園 浩己, Kozono Hiromi). While Be Company is from Production Jin Riki-sha, Hiromi is represented with Tanabe Agency and later Production No Title since 2008. His wife is singer Iyo Matsumoto.
